Values

What every scout promises.

The Scout Oath and Scout Law are at the heart of everything Pack 162 does. Whether we're at a pack meeting, a campout, or the pinewood derby, these are the values our kids practice and grow up living.

The Scout Oath

On my honor I will do my best
to do my duty to God and my country
and to obey the Scout Law;
to help other people at all times;
to keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake, and morally straight.

The Cub Scout Motto

Do Your Best.

Three words every cub in Pack 162 hears their first night and carries with them long after the den meetings end. We don't ask any scout to be the best, only to give what they've got.
